As far as I know the uncle continued to log for many years after that, so the operation probably continued as planned; though I imagine they all garnered a new perspective on what hidden mysteries the world still holds.
They definitely were delayed for a few weeks though while they recovered the campsite, it would have taken another crane to flip the tractors back over and to recover the diesel fuel. The crane they already had was flipped over.
Not to mention they still had to deal with the almost constant badgering/disrupting of the protesters during this time as well, causing further delays.
