In this episode I will give you tips to achieve your goals easily.
1. write your goals down
(so you won't forget what to achieve, and if you feel boring some time take a look on your list and start a project.)
2. formulate them clearly
do not just write "do more sport". It would be better to write "go jogging once a week and at least 4km."
3. don't set your goals too high or too low.
People often overestimate what they can achieve in a short period, but they also underestimate what can happen in a long-term perspective.
4. set goals that make you happy and joyful.
For instance I have on my goals list for 2018 to drink at least 10 flat white
