When Will The Sun to Shine Completely?

We had more than enough of rains for several days. In fact, most of the days since July, the weather has been rainy. If not too rainy, it will rain or even rainshowers at any time of the day.

Rainy since July

Since July, our grounds are always been wet by the rains. There's never a week without rain. During the third week, we had the worst flood in our province. I had never been worried as I did recently from flood because we never experienced such level. Dagupan City was heavily affected because they were flooded even without rains.

Other factors

High tide, and dam releases. Those two also contribute to the flood. The main river became full because of dam releases, and water coming from the highlands. Businesses were closed. Employees has no work. Without working, there is no salary. So what will happen to those people being affected?

These rains cannot be blamed to God. If not for the abuse of our environment, these couldn't have happened.

The skies are still gloomy

I woke up with rains this morning. According to the forecast, it would be sunnier today. However, it's the contrast of what was initially predicted.

According to the forecast from DOST-PAGASA, we will have a better weather today but apparently, it's the opposite. Yes, it's just a forecast but can we have close to reality forecast? It's been forecasted that it would still be rainy yesterday, but the weather is much better when the sun peeked for several minutes and felt the warmth of the sun.

When will the sun shine?

We cannot say but we are looking forward for that day because we are heavily affected by the bad weather. With high tide, we cannot do anything about that. But with water releases from dams, they should be more aware and decide well what to do so the water releases won't cause much burden to the people.
