DAY OF THE MILITARY CHILD

Let me guess.
You never knew there was such a day as "Day of the military child".
Don't feel bad. I didn't as well until sometime last year.

DAY OF THE M-CHILD:

The day of the M-child is an actual day (just one) in a year in which every child that has his/her parent (single or both) serving in the military is celebrated.

Real cool huh?

Before you say anything off the grid concerning this act, it'll be perfect for you to note that for some of these kids, they've never gotten to have any form of father-child or mother-child bonding (dependent on which party is serving).

It is the only time (aside holidays/vacations) that they get to spend with their family, show them how much they love them and miss them.

They rarely get to laugh together or go hunting, horse riding, shooting etc together. No good times.

They really miss them. I feel for them a lot. Some even lose their marriages and come back to nothing in the process of serving. Too bad!

Cause they're out there fighting to protect other families.

Fighting to secure other cities, feeling for other countries🙄

Whilst their own kids stay lonely at home, open to bullying at schools without support or advice

Too bad! Too bad!

Still I love the military like crazy and soon I'll be one of them. God willing

I feel it'll be wrong to ignore those mothers as well that stress out alone to being out the kids whilst their spouses are out there in the wild vastness of the world getting shot at and blown up. Good job mothers. God bless you

By the way, this is the military couple I admire most. They're super cute and dope (pardon the word). I'll make a single post about them someday.
