Things always happen to us
Sometimes it happen for us
Mostly it happens against us,Or so it is perceived
But we are amiable people, Why us?
It comes in a usual routine we cannot but notice
And this leaves us shaken
Like salt dissolved in water
We accept what we assume
To be our fate
We let it happen
We tell ourselves- It was predetermined
We used to fight
We used to try to break the trend
But all that is in the past
We have given up hope
All that is left is our tears and anger
Salt is not in liquid form
Saltwater is in liquid form
Just salt cannot thicken a soup
So it surrenders its will instead
Current flows freely round the circuit
Until obstructed by the switch
The will of the switch is stronger
History demands we pay attention
Not rely solely on prediction
The battle is that of wills
And when we realise that
The words of RABBI haunts our minds
