The Shaman is back...

And he's offering Kambo and Bufo ceremonies this weekend. Given that I didn't purge as much as others/as much as I wanted to last time and I'm still feeling like there's some dark stuff I need to get rid of, I didn't hesitate to sign up for the Kambo ceremony.

Just like last time, I've been in a slightly agitated and anxious state all day. I'm not sure if that's entirely due to the anticipation of the ceremony because I know what to expect now, or if it's concern that I won't purge as much as I want to again. Working on breathing and letting go and trusting that what needs to happen will happen, when it needs to happen, regardless of how I THINK it needs to happen. Sigh. Still a challenge, though I do feel that I'm getting better at it.

I've learned so much about myself and about connection since the last ceremonies. I'm going into these next ones just excited to see what new learnings they will bring. Setting intentions instead of goals is a new strategy I'm trying on for size.
