Why good leader is a talent and moral person, not intelligence and moral

Why people always say a good leader must be talented and ethical without saying he must have intelligence and morality? Here i will show you how talent and intelligence are different.

           Talented person is the one have excellent abilities, ability to do better than others and works creatively. For example, seeing the struggling financial of the company because of many competitors about pricing and product quality. The talented person not only realized the difficulties. They invent how to improve the features of the product so that it helps customers save time, or improve physical health or improve mental health better than other competitors do. 

             The smart person who has good intellectual capacity, understands fast, quickly, fast and intelligent, has the ability to behave fast, sophisticated with the situation complicated, unexpected. 

             Therefore talent is higher levels of intelligence. Leaders not only need to be intelligent to recognize the difficulties businesses themselves are experiencing but also have the talent to find the solution to solve the difficulties to improve the profitability of the company, thereby enhancing the life quality of employee. 

Intelligence will not be considered talented if it does not have the owner to use continuously and train into a fluently skills can solve problems.
