When you thank God for His finger, He will show you His Hand. If you thank Him for His hand, He will show you His outstretched arm.

REASONS WHY WE THANKGOD

1. It is a good thing in His sight
2. We are daily beneficiaries of His benefits
3. He excepts thanksgiving from you
4. To show that you are alive and appreciate Him.
5. It is your duty as a child of God

We thank God for His unquantifiable blessings towards us The blessings of the Lord is the commander of the fruitfulness.
Genuine riches is a function of God's blessings
Thanking God for His past deeds in your life will commits Him to do more.
Doing things with understanding is what guarantees result; so thanksgiving without understanding is not acceptable to God. You can never depreciate in life when you appreciate God for all His goodness.

REASONS SOME PEOPLE DO NOT THANK GOD:

1. Self-help and self-made mentality - God deserves gratitude from you for all His goodness.
2. Covetousness - Covetousness is lack of contentment with what God has given you.
3. Comparing yourself with others
   You can never be satisfied in life if you keep comparing yourself with others.
4. Offences -It is unwise to be offended with God who is the source of your help

CONSEQUENCES OF INGRATITUDE

1. It destroys your future
2. Your blessings are turned into curses
   3.You live with unwholesome conditions
3. It diminishes what you have already received.

God is always pleased with thanksgiving He never rejects it.

REWARDS OF THANKSGIVING:

1. It preserves your blessings
2. It attracts perfection from God
3. It turns insufficiency to overflowing abundance

Only a heartfelt thanksgiving produces result; therefore be thankful in all circumstance.

Thanksgiving reduces panic and fear; always stay calm and believe in the positive when your miracle is yet to manifest.
