Good fighters turn their pain into power.

Good fighters never show their pain. They turn their pain into power.

JH FIGHTER.jpg

We must know that pain changes people. Pain can be your power that you can use to motivate yourself to be stronger to get through life and obstacles.

Pain can be your great ally. It can make us push harder and push stronger.
My greatest pain gave me my greatest growth in Wushu and in life.
Pain pushed me to greatness not because I am the best but because I never quit.
Remember I was the weakest link on my team and I never had an easy past but I kept fighting and I didn't allow pain to defeat me.

We all have our choices will you let your PAIN DEFEAT YOU or will you let YOUR PAIN GROW YOU.

As the famous saying goes "No Pain, No Gain." I never thought you were the weakest member in your team. Anyways, scientifically speaking, pain is a physiological response of your body to discomfort. If you are able to endure it and translate it into physical progress(commonly by bodybuilders) then it is really something positive. As long as the type of pain is non-lethal, then it is really best to experience it once in a while.

There is also a saying that "It is the same boiling water that hardens a potato that also softens the egg." It is not the circumstance (e.g. pain), it is what you are made of. Pain is inevitable but also useful. :)

I was once the weakest link. I needed to train trice harder than anybody else on my team. Fortunate enough because I didn’t quit I end up becoming an International Wushu Champion, 10x Gold Medalist 😊

Well, what more can I say. You deserve those medals/awards. It was good you had the perseverance to train more than anyone. It is a rare trait. Human nature has always been the fight or flight response. If it is not comfortable for them, they just immediately resort to quitting or finding an easier alternative.

Wow!! That is motivating!! I never thought about pain growing me.
But it makes sense, we learn from our mistakes.
The bigger the pain, the more potential for growth!!
Janice, you must have suffered deep pain to have grown so much.
God bless you!! Hugs!! x0x0x

What is nice about @janicehung's pain though is that it changed her into something good.

It is truly motivating to have read your post.

Motivational post for many this is truly awesome you are doing amazing things.

Amazing, @janicehung !
Pain can toughen us, pain can lead us to learn from mistakes.
Although life is to learn from everything we do, because there is already not the same.
But really, until now I had not imagined that the pain can learn. Either to become motivated, or succumb to them.
Thank you for this motivation. Nice. :)

Wow its really excellent and amazing fighting style. Great job @janicehung.

Potential come with lossing some thing or when we are fail again and again
Our Mistake give us a strength and potential, similarly pain also provide us potential and power and also grow us, thanks for shaing this motivational post keep it up

I love that spirit.
Substituting pain into power.
Thank you!

I agree with you Ms. Janice. Pain will make you grow. 😀

That's an amazing image! Your poses are so majestic and beautiful. I've always believed that pain really does make you stronger and that it is weakness leaving the body. Pain is a tolerance and we can train ourselves to tolerate more of it. It can be channeled into energy and motivation if we are strong enough to power through it.

indeed sensei @janicehung :)
pain touches everyone regardless of the state.
all you have to do is to use that pain to motivate you more. thank you for the daily dose of wisdom! (bow)
Have a great day ahead sensei! God bless.

Wow , dont be drowned back by pains it only makes you go higher in life.

wonderful fighting style.
really a super lady.

more pain more gain...
once someone asked great boxer Muhammad Ali how many push up you do he replied I don't count it I only start counting when it start hurting.
only those people succeed who work hard today to become future super star and you are one of them @janicehung

Our pain will served as our strength to become more stronger to face more trials and pains that might come...

It is an eternal truth pain can change people in ways that we can not think of !
Turning that pain into power is the real deal !Wise words !

pain can be a tremendous motivation to be the best. @janicehung

Nice pic

excellent your fighting style.. like this style........
keep it up.........

No pain, no gain. There is always something that we gain in spite of our pains. Just remember that pain is inevitable but suffering is optional. There are situations and even people that will give us pain but we should choose to rise above those, learn from them and become better, stronger than ever.

Beautiful message @janice it’s so true ,positive motivation coming from wushu queen .

its really true, i grow a lot with a lot of pain that i had in my body with some accidents and illness but i dont care at all, i put my mind into a new level of warrior power and i can do a lot of stuffs, some sports, some gym training, some traveling, all with the mind power, i write some motivational posts but in spanish, if i translate some of that posts in english for you read it, its about the day that i begun to gym training, in 2014, its motivational about my grandmom and to help others to incentivate to work out for the normal life :) blessings

Wow your so amazing Ms. @janicehung. You made it perfectly. You really inspired me much. Thank you.

great friend's struggle, you will surely succeed @ jhoni very sure because you @janicehung very aggressive in doing it, because I have followed you, success is always friends, and happy for you.

It depends on how we handle the pain, it is important to have a proactive attitude to transform that pain into power and be victorious in front of what caused us physical or emotional pain, but we must respect it because it manages to bend people to such a point that It leads to suicide, this is why we must be proactive, play sports, eat healthy, are in the right conditions to be able to transform pain into power
regards

No pain , no gain. I believe in that saying @janicehung. Thank you for reminding us.

Indeed, moments of pain tend to plunge us down and leave us there for a long time. But we must go through the pain to strengthen ourselves and learn to deal with that situation when it happens again. There is a legend that Japanese people restore their porcelain with silver when it breaks. They prefer to show the restoration to all, instead of leaving it normal, because this restoration shows that even if it breaks, the porcelain is still there. What we need to do, go through the events, reflect on and become resilient.

Good evening :D

Hello, Ms. @janicehung! I remember The Script's Superheroes, every day, every hour, turn the pain into power with this one. 💪 As much as pain makes strong, I must say pain makes beautiful too. A lot of literary works are born out of intense emotional pain and that just reflects how resilient humans are to things that hurt - perhaps one of the many beauties of nature. And as for your challenge to your readers, my answer is : I'll let the pain grow me, beautifully. 🌼

Thanks for giving readers motivation! Mabuhay!

That's how I've been consistently lifting for 4 years, just letting my angers, and demons of the world power every workout. It's those demons that I reflect on, when i don't want to go, it's what will drive you when no one else will. Keep fighting my friend!

Another way of turning shit into sugar. Anger and pain are not exactly a bad thing if converted into the right energy and channeled in the right direction. Impressive post @janicehung. quite inspiring too i might add. I like

I stumbled on your wushu challenge and i loved it. I cant do those things roght now but you make me want it. And the idea of turning pain to power?? Its beautiful... i feel there is a breaking point but i still find moments of power even though i want to give up.
