Bicycle Travel Basics – Stop thinking, Start Pedalling!

When it comes to enjoying short and long trips to the natural sights of leisure, cycling is surely one of the most fun and relaxing modes of transportation. One can pedal along the road, enjoying beautiful sceneries while working on those leg muscles at the same time. If you get excited about cycling but can't decide how to start, here are a few basics that would help you with it:

Good Shape:

The first and the most important tip is to analyze your stamina. Bicycle rides can be very fun and interesting but at the same time, they can be very tiring as well. You can go on a cycle to cover short distance easily, but to travel long distances, you must be in a good shape. To judge your stamina, give it a try first. Start increasing the cycling distance and time daily then realistically analyze how far you are able to go with your ability. You can also work up your stamina by following a regular workout session and keep improving yourself.

The Right Bicycle:

Once you feel that you have built enough stamina and want to go out there and have the time of your life, consider making it a memorable experience with the right bicycle. There are many types of bikes available in the market. Ideally, you shouldn’t hesitate in spending money on a high-quality bicycle. It is not only going to let you experience a smooth journey, but it will also stay with you for as long as you want. High-quality cycles require little maintenance and can be customized for your use too, while a cheap cycle will definitely save your money but you won’t be able to rely on it completely. Moreover, maintenance cost is also added.

Travel Route

When it comes to cycling, you naturally want to enjoy beautiful sceneries and historic sites. Some people enjoy bumpy rides and like to travel rough. However, if you really want to go cycling for relaxation and peace, choose the routes that are traffic free so it doesn’t distract you. There are some routes that have been dedicated to bikers only. Mountain bikers usually want to go deeper into the forests, following narrow unpaved paths where nature is the only companion for them. Getting out on the open road is an amazing feeling. I did the South Korean, Seoul to Busan bike trip several years ago, took me about 5 days to do, but it was such an amazing experience

the scenery makes cycling fun. it's really true to do something we need stamina, then adequate equipment and adequate food sources. exercising the muscles of the thigh muscles is just like helping the heart muscle relax, the stronger the thigh muscle the more light work the heart muscle
