If your neighbor was having a loud party in their front yard would you go over for a visit?

Right now my neighbor is playing loud music from a boombox in his front yard. A wide variety of people are dancing to the rocking Tejano beats.

Several coolers of beer line the walls of his house.

Corona, Dos Equis.

It seems as though a lot of people are having a good time.

Why shouldn't they? The 4th of July is just around the corner.

It was very hot outside earlier but now that it's dark it's cool and crisp.

I envy the good time that they appear to be having. There are even a few very attractive women dancing around and enticing outfits.

My neighbor and I don't get along very well. It's not that we have any particular problems it's just that he seems to always try to take a little bit more than an inch.

Often times I come home from work to find his car parked in my driveway. his family has several cars so his wife and daughter need to park there is in his driveway sometimes. We don't really have front spaces for parking around here, so drive ways are where we park every time.

I definitely need to park in mind because there's nowhere else to park.

We've gotten in a few arguments about random things as well. Most of them have involved my roommate. I have nothing to do with him. I just live here so if he does something to annoy my neighbor, that is not my problem. I'd rather leave here by myself but I can't afford the rent on my own.

So here's the question. Should I walk over and just start dancing around? I mean he's clearly blowing up the entire neighborhood with the loud music. I don't even want to complain. I just want to be part of the fun.

I have a feeling though that if I went over there he would be drunk and obnoxious as opposed to simply obnoxious.... which would be kind of a problem for me given the amount of guys that are standing around over there.

Nope. Alcohol involement would deter an impromptu party crash. With pre- existing issues this is when they would come out.

Have your own party!

That much I can agree with. Alcohol reduces inhibitions but Inhibitions keep us civil.
