CAULIFLOWER WITH DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES ... ( KASOORI GOBHI )

Ingredients :
Cauliflower 1 medium bunch cut in to florets.
Keep salted water for 10 mnts take out & deep
fry in cooking oil until golden brown, Onions 2
chopped, Tomatoes 2 chopped, ginger garlic
paste 2 tsp, Oil 1 tbsp + to deep fry, mustered
seeds half tsp, kasoori methi roast on medium
heat on tawa & make a powder. coriander powder 1 tbsp, turmeric pow, half tsp, yogurt
half cup, salt to taste.
Method :
A. Heat 1 tbsp oil in kadai, add mustered seeds
when its spluttered add onions & cook until
golden brown. Add green chillies & saute.
B. Add ginger garlic paste, stir for mnt.
C. Add tomatoes & stir. Add half cup of water,
cover & cook.
D. Add coriander pow., turmeric pow & mix .
Add yogurt , stir & cook on high heat for
5 mnts.
E. Add fried cauliflower & mix well. Add salt &
kasoori methi pow & mix.
G. Cook for 5 mnts. Kasoori gobhi is ready.
