FRESH CHIC PEA LEAVES WITH DRY MINI SHRIMPS SABZI....

Harbara leaves / fresh bengal gram leaves/ fresh green chick pea leaves 250 grm.
Mini shrimps ( dry) 150 grm.
Onion 1 ( big ) finely chopped.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Green chillies 14-15 finely chopped.
Garlic cloves 15-17 finely chopped.
Salt to taste.
Oil 2 tbsp.
Turmeric powder quarter tsp
Method :

  1. Wash harbara leaves. Drain the water & keep in a strainer.

  2. Heat a pan add dry mini shrimps & roast for 5-6 mts, stirring continuously. Take out in a bowl. Cool it. Wash lightly & drain . Sqeez it, ensure that it is dry.

  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, when it splutters add chopped onion & saute till golden brown.

  4. Add chopped garlic & chopped green chillies & saute for 2 mnts. Add turmeric powder & harbara leaves & saute. Cover and cook on medium heat for 4-5 mnts.

  5. Add mini shrimps & salt to taste, mix well. Cook till done.
    Serve hot with bhakri .
