Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    Sorry for the confusion -- this is just letting people know I'm pausing my SteemVoter rules, and that they will be replaced when I run the next contest. I'll announce the contest Friday or Saturday, most likely, once my voting power gets back to 100%.
