Hey guys @jesse12 here.

Basically, the human mind is imaginative.

According to a research carried out by Harvard Study, it illustrates that our mind wanders for approximately 12 hours everyday on average. Regardless if you are sentimental, nostalgic or a dreamer, your mind never cease to stop wandering. Those wanderings might bring you back to the the good old days when you were an innocent kid, or when you lost someone dear to you, or even when you were in high school. But in no time you will recognize the gap that can never be bridged truly exists between our current reality and what we think in our minds.

Sadly, the unpleasant truth leaves us unhappy with the current authenticity we are in. In other words, the more we participate in letting our mind troubled or wandering, the bigger the gap becomes.

A wandering mind is a depressed mind

Principally, the mind that wanders often is a hot bed for negative and vain thoughts. According to a recent study carried out by a psychologist in Harvard university.

''A human mind is a wandering mind, and a wandering mind is an unhappy mind.

This research above illustrates that regardless of the fact that humans might be pondering and thinking about some pleasant or aromatic things, they are still unhappy way more than those who don't wander at all.

Allow your mind to be at a state of free flow;

  • Pick a route you enjoy;
    Have you ever noticed, when you're riding/driving a bike or a vehicle your journey becomes more delightful and enjoyable, only if you pick the correct route. Finding an interesting thing in your work or the task your being asked to do will effortlessly allow your mind to be at a state of free flow.

It is not quite rare for people who get their hands stained immediately, deprived of actualizing the enchanting parts of whatever they do. It could be sad that they can freely enroll in the state of free flow without seeing something intriguing.

  • Keep the wheels rolling till the end
    Just like a moving train or vehicle, you can't stop the wheels from rolling. Unless you apply some force then the vehicle or bike will ultimately stop, and therefore immediately your journey will be stopped or paused. When we elucidate about entering the free state of flow, it also connotes that we shouldn't by any means stop at the middle of a journey. Your spirit, soul and body must be clear and focused on what you want to achieve, just like when we are riding a bike, we pay 100% attention in order to avert any form of accident. Loosing your direction and focus get's us absent-minded by other things quickly.

In conclusion

Basically, entering the state of flow or in other words, being careful and mindful is the first step to a journey of unending happiness. Hence, happiness doesn't come from the good old days you once encountered, but the authenticity you are representing or probably the bright future you have been dreaming about. Remember ''Happiness is a state of mind''.

Whatever will put into our mind is simply what determines our happiness. It's our choice to be happy.
