Easy Steps to Taming Your Inner Critic

Are you tired of living with your insecurities and negative self talk? Do you want to change your life? Would you like to learn how to control your negative self talk? In this article I am going to give you four steps to helping you get rid of your negative self talk and turn your life into the amazing life that you desire. It is very important to keep in mind that your negative inner critic is actually taming you.


The first step to turning your inner critic into a tame bird is to identify and attack your insecurities. As you work on getting over your insecurities, you will notice that your in critic starts to calm down. The key to this is to recognize when you are starting to have an attack. When you notice that, it s time taming your inner critic.

The next step for taming your critical voice is to become aware of when you are becoming irritable. When you become overly irritable it is usually because you are aware that you are having an attack and you start to lash out. You have to be able to identify when you are going to go on a tirade. You must be able to stop yourself and tell yourself to stop. The key here is to realize that you are in control and you cannot allow yourself to become irrational.

The third step is to make positive intentions. Positive intentions are very important and they will help you to feel better and move forward. If you simply wish away your insecurities and negative thoughts then you will never be able to tame the inner critic. Instead, you need to focus on having positive intentions and let those intentions drive you in a better direction. By making positive intentions you will be able to move forward and feel better about yourself and your situation.

The fourth step that needs to be included in the process is to find someone who can listen to your inner critic. This person will be your confidante who will give you feedback that is unbiased and real. You can learn to identify the bad parts of your speaking voice. If you are constantly bombarded with self-doubt and the critical voice, it will be very hard to overcome those problems. The fact check is very important part of this first step as well. You have to be able to listen to the honest truth about what is really going on in your body.


Finally, take a trip to your subconscious mind and talk to yourself about your inner dialogue. There, you will be able to discover what the flaws in your inner voice are. With this information you can then work to eliminate those thoughts and turn things around in your life. Remember, taming your inner critic is only the first step. The second step is to train your conscious mind to turn off those negative inner chatter at the same time.
