Just as when someone studies a university career and it somehow changes their way of life, the same happens with sports and its effect on a person's lifestyle. They can start to dress more in accordance with the activity they are doing, they know that there are foods that will favor their performance, and so on, and so on, practically everything will be adapted to that sport.
I have noticed that those who, for example, are dedicated to surfing, I have a couple of friends who enjoy that sport, have a particular way of dressing, always with more vivid colors, and their tendency is to look for more living spaces that are near beaches or, failing that, on the beach directly. They also prefer warm spaces over cold places. I even dare to say that their way of speaking is particular, they enjoy being outdoors, they enjoy freedom in general.
They are not people who would look for a job that chains them to a schedule and confinement in four walls. They like more natural, healthier food. Of course, what I comment is a generalization, I could assume so, but it is a way to show that indeed, the life of a person who is dedicated to a particular sport discipline, fits it to a large extent to that activity.
And it is only a sharing of thoughts about this that I intend with this post, nothing that has to do with a criticism, because, it seems logical to me that everything is so, that there is a coherence and correspondence in all areas of our life. I have been able to see people who literally have transformed their lives in many aspects when they started exercising.
The most noticeable and evident change, and that I'm sure many have noticed is when someone joins a gym, but they do it in an organized and systematic way, we can see that their way of dressing is going to adapt to this, their schedules, the food they start eating and the food they put aside, everything is changing progressively for the better. And for some the personality also tends to change as the months go by, when they feel more confident in their physique.
Finally, I assume that you will agree with what I have said, but if not, I would like to know your opinions on the matter.
