Life is full of unexpected happenings

I just arrived home from being confined in the Hospital. I was having a mild heatstroke because of the hot season it was happened just after the barangay voting perhaps because we are walking at almost 12 noon that time back and forth after toasting a fish on fire for a lunch. I experience a muscle cramp all over the body that won't stop by any hand massage with the use of efficascent oil.The doctor need to attach this kind of oxygen hose into my nosetrils to minimize the muscle cramp and i feel okay until cramp won't attack back it took about 16 hours that long hours for me to stay in the hospital room and allowed to be discharge in going back home.Now i need a home relaxation because of the pain cause by such muscle cramp so painful.The doctor advice me to go under some trees outside the house when its very hot day so that i can breath the fresh air and natural coolness.
