In case you haven't heard, coconut water is the latest health craze to sweep the nation — but, uh, where does coconut water come from? It promises a slew of benefits, including hydrating your body, curing hangovers, and helping with kidney stones. In fact, apparently people have gone so far as to market it as "Mother Nature's Sports Drink." I feel like we're about one step away from the "gives you wings" promises of Red Bull. And yet, there are a few facts about this magical cure-all you probably don't know.
It's no secret that people are going absolutely nuts for coconut water (pun intended). You've probably seen the many Instagram snaps — from celebrities, athletes, and regular Joes alike — toting their bottle of coconut water to the gym for their afternoon workout.
In all the plants roots absorb water from the soil along with the nutrients and this water along with the nutrients is sent upto the top of the coconut because of osmosis and also the root pressure Salts dissolved in the absorbed are eliminated during osmosis The freeh water accumulated in the coconut is actually endosperm used as the food or the nourishment for the growth of the new plant ie the embryo It is in the form of glucose and starch.
@JOORDANZZZ drinks these coconuts daily, since they are an amazing sport drink which really hydrates you, especially now that we live in El Salvador, it is really important to be hydrated especially when you play sport in this heat. Coconut is also an amazing drink for sport recovery, and that is why @joordanzzz trie to drink coconuts daily.
