Mix 1/2 cup shelled, deveined, washed and boiled prawns, onion, chillies, ginger and garlic in a Bowl.Add little water if needed.Mix it with the gram flour, soda bicarbonate, turmeric and chilli powders and salt , add chilli powder for spicy people. Let it sit for sometime say 15 min . Heat the oil in a deep pan.Drop pieces with batter in the oil and fry till golden colour on both sides.
Serve hot, garnished with the coriander leaves.
with chilly chutney as combination (chilly powder with vinegar , salt and crushed small onions )
