Embarrassing problems | Bad breath

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

This is one of those topics that no one really wants to talk about as it addresses something that is very embarrassing. I do not care, though, so I am writing about it now.

Everyone suffers from bad breath at some time in their lives, and it can cause a lot of issues if you are unable to manage it. You might find that people move away from you when you talk or others telling you outright that you smell - these can seriously bring you down and may cause you to avoid social situations. People may say that it's down to poor dental hygiene that may cause those horrible smells, but it could also be due to poor diet or some other underlying health issues.

Needless to say, there are ways to manage and ultimately control these horrible smells. My partner, who runs Sweet Elyse Blog, wrote a post back in 2016 regarding this topic, which I think she covers really well. If you are interested in what she has written, you can do so here.

My favourite management "tool" is the Oral Rinse from The Breath Co. It's easy to use and easily implemented into your morning/evening routine. It's sold in the USA and the UK, as far as I'm aware and it has really good testimonials. I've personally used it for 8 years now and can say that it has been integrated into my dental hygiene practices.

I purchase might off of Amazon, which you can find here

Do you suffer from bad breath? If so, how do you manage it?
