We all have our own problems we must know face them, between ignorance and knowledge we must not know everything or we do not know everything, 100% we only use 3% of the brain this shows us the enormous limitation that we carry from birth because if it were so, all humanity would be super endowed and without any defect.
There are many methods for the liberation of the mind because this is commented for the simple reason that when a being has problems the mind does not rest and focuses only on that reason for that reason we have found methods in this life that help us to relax and clear the mind, such as music, sports, studies, games, etc.
Listening to your favorite song or playing music frees you from thinking and this is where the hidden power comes in. When you play or compose how the feeling is at its maximum, everything related to those feelings that you are passing becomes a moral weapon for the creation since you use everything that power to the maximum managing to spend a great time expelling it completely creating inventing wonderful things in the music epic things thus being able to clear your mind and venting that feeling.
