Hello friends, I hope you are having a very good day, today I want to share something that can probably be of help in your daily life, whenever we are going to make some change or struggle to improve whether in school, work or having better health, they will ask themselves why some advance faster than others or because some stagnate and feel they can not move forward, how we are on a daily basis is largely a consequence of the habits and behaviors that we have ingrained, let's say some of these they are not very beneficial, so we should try to replace them with something that brings us more benefits and helps us improve everything but here comes what defines the time of change, how deeply rooted we are to these habits, I give you an example in the study with which I identify myself, mathematics, I'm not really bad, just that I have the bad habit of leaving aside what I do not like and simply saying that I am bad at it for not trying arme, as a result in three years I went from bad to better, then I deteriorated and now I struggle to improve again, but this happens because I was not able to endure those new habits that made me be better in this matter, another example is when we look for a physical improvement, the increase and decrease in weight is also a consequence of the aforementioned, with this I come to the conclusion that a significant change can not be achieved without a change of mentality, a significant change can not be generated without a change of mentality first, otherwise, we can not achieve anything, only who understands this can really improve, the problem we see here is that many of us refuse to change our lifestyle and make even more effort, but as we can change this, the answer is have patience and go little by little, sometimes we will get frustrated, but that's not why we have to leave everything bounced, we will accomplish small goals until we reach the goal, because effort is in vain and if we give up we will never get to that which will probably make us a little happier no matter how much time we take, I hope everyone achieves what they set out to do and patience, no matter how much effort it takes nothing is better than getting personal growth What are we looking for.
