Friends of Steemit, today I want to tell you about an enemy that harasses us all equally, does not discriminate and can be lethal, but we can still control it so that it does not harm us. My friends Stress is the culprit of more than 80% of all the ailments of our being and the owner and master of the strongest headaches. But WHAT IS STRESS? Then I leave the definition that I got on the web according to wikipedia:

Stress (from the Latin stringere "tighten" through its derivative in English stress 'material fatigue') is a physiological reaction of the organism in which various defense mechanisms come into play to face a situation that is perceived as threatening or increased demand. Physiological or biological is the response of an organism to a stress factor such as an environmental condition or a stimulus. Stress is a body's way of reacting to a challenge. According to the stressful event, the body's way of responding to stress is through the sympathetic nervous system of activation that gives rise to the fight or flight response. Because the body can not maintain this state for long periods of time, the parasympathetic system tends to return the body to more normal physiological conditions (homeostasis). In humans, stress usually describes a negative condition (distress) or on the contrary a positive condition (eustress), which can have a mental, physical and even welfare or discomfort effect on a human being, or even on another species of animal.

Another concept: State of mental fatigue caused by the demand for a much higher than normal performance; It usually causes various physical and mental disorders.

In summary, today there are many factors that cause it but channeling our energy and avoiding situations that lead to it we can deal with it. Life is unique and irreplaceable, let's live but do not malvent, love what we do and let no one steal our peace.
