Be thankful for everything you have - Happy Holidays

in life •  7 years ago

Such huge numbers of us are worriers. Life moves rapidly, and a great deal of the time it might feel like we can scarcely keep up. The every day changes and clearing timetables leave our heads humming with musings and sentiments of worry on for all intents and purposes a moment by-minute premise. At times it's the everyday stuff like, "Did I make sure to bolt the entryway before I exited the condo?" or "Did I neglect to kill the espresso pot before work toward the beginning of today?" Other circumstances, it's more thick. Considerations more along the lines of "Am I losing myself in the mayhem of adulthood?" or "How am I going to have the capacity to deal with the majority of my imperfections?" Sometimes, we don't realize what precisely we're stressing over. At times, we simply feel it swimming under our skin.

In any case, in spite of the considerable number of sentiments of disappointment, sentiments of distress, sentiments of just not being sufficient, we have a power in us. An option that is more noteworthy than every one of the hindrances in our way. Even with our feelings of dread and impediments, we have the ability to endeavor to look towards something lighter. Call it the law of fascination, call it supplication, call it dazzle confidence, call it whatever you need… everything comes down to a certain something: energy.

Stressing is a piece of life. It's an inescapable actuality, and now and then it's something we basically can't control. We're just human, all things considered. Be that as it may, we don't help ourselves when we empty the majority of our spirit into our worries. It's a hard cycle to maintain a strategic distance from. However, when circumstances become difficult (which can be regularly), attempt to observe things to be appreciative for.

Attempt to begin little. Take a stab at pondering easily overlooked details we must be grateful for, things that may not apparently have anything to do with whatever the present circumstance you're confronting is. Perhaps you have a wash room loaded with sustenance at home. Perhaps you're only ready to pay your bills. At that point attempt proceed onward to something somewhat greater. Consider that you are so appreciative to have certain unique individuals throughout your life. Or on the other hand possibly how fortunes you are to have an occupation in an economy like the one we're in. What's more, from that point onward, make it one stride further. Attempt and make that sentiment appreciation significantly greater. Express gratefulness for the way that you have a capable body, and a dynamic personality. Express gratefulness for the way that you're sound. And afterward comes the hardest piece of all, endeavoring to be thoughtful and loaded with appreciation for whatever experience you're given, regardless of whether it be charming or not.

Do your best to be appreciative that whatever you're experiencing is filling a type of need. Perhaps that design is somewhat greater than you can perceive, at any rate right now. In any case, each and every stumble, oversight, or mix-up is driving you down a way that will serve your future self somehow. Regardless of whether that is to enable you to develop, to enable you to proceed onward, or to enable you to abstain from committing a similar error twice.

The additional time you take to consider every one of the things you must be appreciative for, the less space your obstructions may appear to take up. Our difficulties turn out to be unfathomably less scary when we understand all the great we have on our side. Energy and light is there, holding up to be acknowledged in each condition we go over. It's dependent upon us regardless of whether we search it out and live by it. Also, when you set aside the opportunity to remember your good fortune, even in the darkest of spots, that tad of light turns into your manual for whatever point is next on your voyage.

This is lovely and it should be inside every human being. Being content and thankful is a blessing. If anyone does not have these 2 things, he/she can never be happy and always chasing things.

Well said @crytocraze being grateful is a learned attitude one can teach self. A necessary trait indeed

Many might see the glass as half empty while others might see it as half full.
Why is it that somebody might literally see the glass as half full, and somebody literally sees it as half empty?
That's by the way of thinking.
Who sees the glass half-empty: A passive person thinking about things he doesn't have and the bad things in his life.
Who sees the glass half-full: A positive person who thinks about the beautiful things he owns.
...... The glass doesn't change. But the way we think is changing.
I hope you understand what I mean ....my friend @journeyoflife

We should always look into the beauty of everything

Amazing explanation i liked it :)💕👏👍
We should always be passive thinking. 💕🍁

@yaguob it's a great illustration for point not so well understood by others

most of the people in the journey of life forget how thankfull they must be for the little things in their life they take for granted, have a wonderfull day
:)

U agree @razvanelulnarin I bet you do

A person only know the value of life when difficulties starting in life, means Life started from difficulties. We got aim for what to do in life from difficulties............

I agree I become appreciative when. I got sick @errajesh

Time to be happy and enjoy every bit of it
Merry Christmas have loads of fun wishing you all the luck and success :)

Thank you very much , wishing success in your path as well!

Merry Christmas :)

Today I am so thankful for the many blessings God has provided. With the loss of my sweetheart a year ago this month, I learned the meaning of thankfulness with tears of gratitude for all she did. This opened a new door of understanding and appreciating all you have in life. I also know that those stumbling blocks you talk about only serve to make you stronger to help others. Grandma used to say as long as you have good health and peace of mind you have everything. Grandma was right. Wonderful post! Thanks so much!

We should be thankful for everything everyday not just one day , your Grandma was absolutely correct and they know from their experience in life .

Merry christmas !

i agree we should be greatfull for all that we have, it been a tough year and we have made it , that is a reason to be grateful . having an attitude of thanksgiving is the best way to live our lives. one person said it better " we should be thanks living"

As long as we are alive there are too many to be grateful about @joendegz

We need to be thankful all the things He has done for us.
Merry Christmas to you dearie

It's true. I especially like what you are saying here, did we get lost in the Mayhem of adulthood? Probably so.

Enjoy the Holiday. Merry Christmas to you & your family.

Let's celebrate the year with grateful hearts @prabaltalukder

I was recently in a situation where I was constantly worrying about everything as you mentioned here, work, adulthood, schedules, and silly things such as other people opinions about myself.

But it is exactly as you say -

'The additional time you take to consider every one of the things you must be appreciative for, the less space your obstructions may appear to take up. Our difficulties turn out to be unfathomably less scary when we understand all the great we have on our side.'

I started focusing on all the positive things that happened to me throughout the day - being appreciative of what and who I have in my life, and the many successes, whether big or small.

Thank you so much @journeyoflife for this post, it's always a blessing to be reminded 🙂🙏

Good read.

The mind is only fueled by conscious thoughts 10% of the time, it's the 90% unconscious thoughts that are spoiling the game.
