absolutely agree. Just wanted to point out this guy is no victim overall. Ironically it was the elderly that he targeted as a doctor prescribing them everything under the sun to make a quick buck. United handled it poorly in every situation indeed.

Ask yourself this, based on those facts and what $$ he is likely to receive. Do you think if he could go back to that day he would avoid the situation? Not a chance this was a massive lottery win for him, I would be at the airport everyday if i knew it would happen to me, as would most people.
