I do this. Its the best. Other one is puff pastry. But you need to perforate it so it doesn't puff.

    Puff pastry is a great hack and makes lots of meals much easier to make, saussage rolls, pizza, empanadas, pies.... list goes on. always have a pack kicking about for just such occasions
