You are a morning or an evening person?

Did you know that there are two categories of people called morning persons and evening persons? Which category are you a part of? Are more likely to be a morning person or an evening one? They say that the morning people are more active in the morning than they are in the evening. They can easily wake up in the morning at 6 - 7 o'clock and they are full of energy for the first hours of the day, any activity they do but in the evening they are exhausted and they are no longer yielding so they go to bed at 10 o'clock in the evening.
Instead, the evening persons find themselves very hard waking up in the morning and they can not concentrate in the first hours of the day. In the evening they go up to bed very late because 2 am or 3 am is the time they are active and they do lots of things. They are full of energy in the evenings and they are more productive than they would be in the morning.
You don't have to struggle to be a morning person if you are actually an evening one. Organize your time wisely and schedule your important activities when you are more productive.
