Great post. I like that you put in there that they need to make sure they take care of themselves as well and live as an example. It’s true, you can’t be trying to help someone else if you’re not helping yourself too. I think a lot of people forget this step and think that as long as they’re asking if you’re okay, then they’re supporting and helping you. But there’s a lot more to it than that.
