Why morning people are successful

The big CEO’s and successful people have a weapon that we all have access to, but not many choose to use it: waking up early in the morning.

There are a lot of reason why you should forget about the snooze button and start your day early.

Life is meant to be lives, you’re not supposed to sleep through it all. Here’s why you should train your mind to become a morning person.

In the morning, you have more energy and you’re thinking clearly. Of course, you’ll need your cup of coffee or green tea, but waking up early will make you more energic during the day.

Do as much as you can when you wake up and you’ll have more time for yourself the rest of the day.

There’s nothing worse than starting your day in a hurry. For me, it’s the most annoying feeling in the world that ruins my entire day. It’s better if you wake up early and take it slow, have breakfast, take a walk.

Mornings are good for solving your personal problems. Write e-mails, do some cleaning, stay on steemit, you can even read something.

Do everything that you know you won’t want to do later in the day, so when you’ll come back from work in the evening, you problems will be already solved and you’ll have time for yourself.

Another positive thing about waking up in the morning is that if you start something early, you’ll finish it early.

Also, the earlier you wake up, the earlier you’ll be able to get in bed. So you’ll have more chances to obtain the hours of sleep you need.

When you go out for work or school or meeting with someone, the truth is you’re wearing a mask, because that’s what we all do. We’re trying to act in a certain way so people will like us or to obtain something we want.

But when you wake up early, you have time for being exactly the way you are. No masks, just you with yourself. And the best part is that no one will be there to judge you, because guess what?

Everybody else is sleeping.

You are totally right. One should wake up early in the morning if he really wants to do something productive and want to be ahead of others otherwise what will heppen he will always be in hurry. Everytime he would be I don't have time I have to do this I have to do that because he is not managing his time well.

Waking up early is indeed a step in the right direction. I came across a publication some time back that listed habits of millionaires around the world. One of them includes waking up early.

Waking up early helps us plan our day and give ample time to do relevant things.

Thanks for sharing @jwolf

99.9 percent times I start my day very early around like 6 AM. Thank you so much for posting.

I aspire to be a morning person but it is difficult for me. Having said that, I've worked with many millionaires and even a billionaire who sleep late so I feel a little better about myself lol

Lol

Reading a great book at the moment called Morning - How to make time: A manifesto by Allan Jenkins.

I totally agree with you @jwolf and me myself could testify with this. I've been a morning person ever since I was in college. I could say that most of my success in life is due to maximizing your time to be productive.

I've recently read a review of a book called "Miracle Morning" - the writer talks about 6 morning habits that will make you win the day, along with leading you to the ultimate success in your life. 1. pray or meditate, 2. say positive and inspiring things to yourself, 3. imagine how you expect your day and life to be, 4. exercise for a minimum of one minute, 5. read something inspiring and motivating, 6. write positive and inspiring things to yourself..... I'm practicing this for about a week now, and it really works like miracle, I'm enjoying each moments of my days. However, the writer Hal Elrod suggests that one should complete all these tasks before 8am. So, the most important thing is waking up in the morning. Though, I usually wake up around 10, I'm trying to make it earlier eventually. You can also try this morning ritual for yourself, along with waking up early. This helps a lot. And thank you for your post, as it has inspired me more to wake up early. I'm trying to rearrange my sleeping cycle. And here's a link to get a better understating of Hal's morning routine please let me know your thoughts about it. Have a wonderful day :)

Yes waking up in the morning means you have more time to get things done, however it isn’t simple as that.

It takes effort waking up and a lot more effort in staying awake and trying to leave your bed, if you can achieve that, then you are on the way to become successful in all aspects of life my friend.

Getting up early also has advantages if your a mom....quiet coffee and meditation before the crazy children wake up....especially during spring break!

I wake up at 6 am to exercise an hour or 2. I find it better to exercise in the early morning rather than in the afternoon or at night.

Waking up early, yes as you mention we can have all out job done for that day and not only that, it relaxes our mind and body. ACCOMPISHMENT!
