The relationship is generally complex and usually, take a long time to build. And yet we can make your relationship stronger and stronger with just a few easy steps, each literally taking about 10 minutes a day. And the effect of them will be overwhelming.
The most important of the day
Ask at the end of the day what is the thing that impressed you the most. Be concerned about the other's problems and good moments when you are not together. This brings you closer and strengthens your relationship.
A hug and a kiss
Nothing makes one person feel as special and loved as the love of his beloved. So do not be deprived of hugs and kisses, they are the cutest.
Be thankful
When your mate makes a gesture for you, it does not cost you to mark and thank him. This little effort on your part will make your partner feel appreciated and happy to give more of himself in the relationship.
Help yourself
Do not just let the other or just you do all the tasks at home. So surely one of you will not feel satisfied with the relationship, and the other will simply not understand what the problem is because it has always been so. Joining the table and having dinner after dinner will take you a lot less time than you think, and it will also make you united.
The 10-minute rule
Introduced by some psychologists in the therapy of couples. According to this rule, every day you have to spend 10 minutes to talk about something that is not related to children's commitments, homework, work. Talk about philosophical themes, feelings or interesting situations. You will literally rediscover each day within these 10 minutes.

You touch on a very important, yet slightly underappreciated issue, which is the power of daily routines. Even though we can - no matter how hard we work - easily find 10 minutes a day for meditation or another 10 for the practice of love and gratitude (that you wrote about), it is hugely underappreciated how big influence it will have on our mental and emotional health.
In the meantime - it is to our emotions, what physical activity on a daily jogging session is to our body. Just as much as we need some physical activity and movement, we need this kind of "emotional movement" you described, to maintain healthy relationships - and what's more important than them...
I hope this will get some more likes soon, because it's a great and important issue to tell about!
