I am disscussing about some healthy tips.
If we eat daily an apple there is no need to consult any docter. It will increase over immunity power and useful to blood circulation.
And lemon also very useful in our life.
If we eat daily a lemon it will decrease over fat and other calories in our body. And vitamin C also present in lemon.
If we drunk three liters of water, and one liter of milk is very useful to our growth and water is useful to reduce the strength of disease and milk is helpful to increase our bone strength..
Tulsi leaf is used to decrease the cancer and helpful to healthy body. And there are lot of useful leafs and fruits which is helpful to our body and our growth.
