Very good article for those who want to better organize their time. Personally, I recommend to try these three kind of session:

  • 30 minutes work / 10 minutes rest;
  • 60 minutes work / 20 minutes rest;
  • 90 minutes work / 30 minutes rest.

They work great for me and my friends.
