Family will always come first. Family are everything.

You never know what you have got until you havent got it anymore.

My oldest daughter moved out quite a few years ago. She surprised us how strong and Independent she is especially since she has ADHD. ODD & Aspergers. She visits quite a bit but it's not the same as having her back at home.
She wouldn't move back home permanetly, she loves living with her friends

I have been feeling really low for a while, when your constantly in pain 24/7 it brings you down. Yeah I admit I do get the wrong thoughts going through my head
Why am I still here
What's the point
I'm in the way
Feeling useless
Hate being a bother
They would be better off without me
Those thoughts often run through my head, thankfully I dont Normally linger on them for very long but sometimes are harder that others. Then I see why I am here.

Having your family around you makes a big difference, spending time with them clears your mind and makes you feel better. Me, hubby and my 2 girls together for a couple off days and nights makes life So much easier and more fun. I get a lot off pleasure just being with my 2 girls. Knowing they are home and safe makes mummy feel more relaxed.

My oldest daughter (@jlou on here) has come home to be with her family for my benefit. Depression is a evil disease but having the people around you who care and understand can make your heavy load a lot lighter.

We were all sitting watching TV last night and having a conversation Taking the pee out of mum it made me laugh, brought back memories and made me feel at home.

Family will always come first, there everything to me, they ground me, make me feel good, make me more relaxed and comfortable with what's going on. There the world to me.
