Had a stressful day, the weather isn't helping. 🌪🌪🌧🌧

The weather here is really bad, the noise the wind is making is really scary, The wind is really strong, it's going to cause a lot of damage. We have just seen the back of Storm Dennis that has flooded parts of the UK, we are now getting Storm Ellen and Storm Francis. The UK is getting battered.

Ive had a stressful day. Ordeing my repeat prescription should be straight forward. I have just recently changed to this new idea the pharmacists are having, they pick up your prescription electronically then send you your medication through the post saving you from having to go out and stand in a queue. Now it sounds good but doesn't work. Ive only been signed up for 1 month, I'm cancelling and going back to picking it up.

THE PROBLEM

They send you and email to tell you your prescription has been sent, you then have to tick what medication you need, they then let you know if they have them in stock. It then takes 2 -4 days to arrive. One email told me they were short of one medication. I then had to phone My Doctors as without those medication i will start going through a nasty withdrawal. I was then told to phone the pharmacy as the service is part of the same company. I phoned them who then told me to phone the actual company. After phone calls, online chat and emails they cancelled all my prescription then released barcodes to me so i can take to the pharmacy to trace. I went straight to the pharmacy who then sent me away saying only 2 of the 5 were released. By now i was ready to kick anyone who got in my way. I have to phone the pharmacy on Monday to make sure my medication is there.

I seem still no further forward and still have no medication. I hope its sorted by Wednesday as that is when i run out.

To make me feel better hubby bought me a nice sticky bun to have to a cup of coffee.
