Hello again Friends :)
After having a bad day on Friday I decided to have a rest day on Saturday. A good cry on Friday helped relief some stress. Saturday I slept alot. I woke up with intentions of getting up, decided to do some meditation to help. I propped my body pillow up behind me on my bed then lay back, 45 minutes later I woke up.
I didn't do much yesterday other than resting, i didnt log into Facebook, Instagram or Twitter until later that day as some posts can upset me.
We have had more really bad weather, more snow with minus temperatures. The winds have been so strong with a horrible boom sound plus making it feel even colder. Its eased a lot today thankfully. The cold weather really affects my joints. Can't wait until the warmer weather comes, the warm weather helps.
Thankfully i have a lovely hubby and daughters that look after me, always there with a hug it phone call to check up on me. Without that luge would be sad. Plus my lovely friends on here, thank you so much for the lovely messages, they made me smile.
I'll catch up with your posts soon I promise. :)

Glad you are feeling better, Karen. Sometimes all we need is a good cry and sleep t help things along. I cant take cold weather either. That is why I am living in a tropical country. Winters used to kill me.

I feel your pain. I have been pretty depressed of late and it really affects my social media. I hope today is a good day for you and hope you feel much better. It is hard sometimes to believe there is light at the end of a tunnel, but, we have to keep believing to keep from going insane. Hugs!

I would, honest I would. But I'm a bit concerned that if i start fixing your weather our weather will pack up and turn into an early winter. It's already getting dark and chilly in the mornings and I'm not ready to be done with summer just yet ;-)
