It's been a day of highs and no lows thankfully plus a little parcel made me smile today. 😁😁

I am not completely broken i have found something that works the way it should and has no problems Shocked. My colonoscopy came back all clear. No problem & No Polyps, Yay. So glad that is over, I've been on edge for weeks.

Another good thing happened to me, i got a lovely brown padded envelope in the post.

I have been waiting for this for a few weeks, i knew it was going to take sometime getting here because it was posted from Alabama.

Its round, shiny and silver.

I have had a good day today, things have gone right, i haven't had to much pain apart from the colonoscopy, i did get to use some gas and air that helped me relax, i would buy this if it was sold over the counter. I remember it from me giving birth and it was used to relax me when a Doctor put my knee back in place. So today has been a few highs and no lows.

I can now start thinking about the big day next week. Ive downsized alot on this Christmas, my girls are 28 and 22, they don't need lots of presents, they are getting what they need this year and no stocking fillers apart from a box of nice chocolates. Ive saved a fortune this year, i can get a bit carried away and realised this year i don't need to make there Christmas's magical by buying them to much, its magical anyway being with the ones we love.

I had horrible Christmases growing up, i can't remember one that i enjoyed, i promised to make sure my girls had Christmases they could look back on and smile. I also bought them presents they could save and be a memory for them. Christmas isn't exciting anymore with having no little ones believing in Santa, there faces lighting up when they realised Santa has been and not noticing how tired mum and dad are from staying up all night putting dolls prams, kitchens etc up for them. At least now i get the Thank you not Santa.

This Christmas it will be me, hubby, Nichola Jessica and her boyfriend Brett. Jess and Brett won't be staying long as they have quite a drive getting here then driving back. Once they have gone Nichola has bought a few board games, we are going to have a few games with a few drinks then watch some Christmas movies while hubby naps. Perfect day.
