ITS THE 1ST DAY OF WEEK 14, I HAVE LOST AGAIN. FEELING GOOD 😍😍

Today is the start of week 06 of The 5 - 2 diet after completing 8 weeks on The 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet.

I have lost another:

4lbs Making that a total of 39lbs so far

I love this diet, it works as long as you stick to the principles.

You start with doing 8 weeks of 800 calories, this helps reset your body plus the point of the low calorie for 8 weeks is, this is the most effective at removing visceral fat from the liver and pancreas.

Once completing the 8 weeks where you would have seen a good weight loss you move on to 5 - 2. Everyone has a TDEE Total Daily Energy Expenditure This can be found be found here:

You add your Male or Female, Age, Weight & Height. You then stick to this for 5 days then on the other 2 days you stick to 500 calories. You choose the days you want to fast.

My TDEE IS --- 2203

My 1st day of the week starts today, instead of the usual fruit and yogurt, i decided to have a Fried egg sandwich. It was yummy.

Warburtons thin 1 --- 99 calories
Butter for bread and cooking --- 30 calories
Egg 1 --- 92 calories
Total so far 221

Drink plenty of water as this helps keep you feeling full also keeping you hydrated.

I am starting to feel thinner and i can actually see myself reaching my target weight for the 1st time for over 30 years.
