Strong winds are slowing down work on my garden, My fairy garden now has a stream. 🌺🌼😁

We are still having lovely warm weather but to stop us getting to excited Mother Nature has sent really strong winds. I have been out into my garden to make sure everything is strapped down and won't get blown away, I was a little worried about my Plastic Greenhouse, thought the wind may damage it but thankfully everything was just fine.

I did receive a few parcels today, one that had a few things i had bought for my garden, a few bright coloured accessories to help brighten my garden up. I ordered a few funny bright bug characters with long sticks, i have dotted these around my garden in pots. I bought 4 for £3.33, i did have to use my hot glue gun to stick the character to the stick just in case it got blown away.

I also bought extra Solar powered lights for my garden, i have a long fence that doesn't have much on it so bought these lights, i wasn't expecting the Unicorns to be quite so big, they may look a bit childish once they are up, i may use them for the time being but still keep my eyes open for more appropriate ones.

Looking at them again i think i will hand these to someone who may use them someone a lot younger then me. I will take look at Amazon and see if they have some good offers.

Hubby was talking abut his fish tanks, i don't usually listen to him but heard hem mention blue stones, I need blue stones for my fairy garden. I asked if i could have some, he gave me what he had as he won't be using it. I couldn't wait to get out and use them.

I have been putting my fairy garden up, adding little bits making it look better. The blue stones are to make it look like there's a river. I do this for myself, it gives me things to focus on and aim for especially with us all being in isolation, it gives me time for me. I have numerous health problems and my usual day to day life is spent in the house with being disabled, I can either sit and feel sorry for myself whilst i stare at 4 walls or push myself to do tasks that i enjoy. Making a beautiful garden isn't just for me, i know my family are going to get some enjoyment out of it and what i love to hear is when one of them say something nice about it, to me that means i am not useless.

My garden is on the right track, i have a few more plans to make my garden fun and enjoyable. Once my flowers start to grow then get put into the bigger pots they will brighten my garden up so much. Hubby has never been a big fan of gardening, if i didn't do anything out there i think he would have it all concrete. He loves coming out there now and is interested in what i am doing, he does laugh at me with my little quirkyness Fairy Garden, he also likes what i am doing, That means so much to me. I feel i am achieving something an have a beautiful garden to show for it.
