One thing we all do well is to make a list of thing we will love to do.
Things like read my book today, visit my mum, buy a car or start a business. We all make such list.
But after doing so, we often find out that at the end of the day, month or year.
We end up not doing all those things, and we become angry and most times sorrow over it or blame ourselves for it.
Here is my idea on how to do the things you want. You know what, making a list of things you want to do is overrated.
Even if you make the list, you just won’t follow through. So, don’t make a list.
Instead of making a list of things you would love to do, why not make a list of those things you don’t want to do.
Making a list of things you don’t want to do will be easier for you to follow through.
And when you successfully avoided all those things you don’t want to do, you will be left with those ones that you want to do.
This will give you enough time to actually do the things you want so you don’t have to struggle to squeeze them to you already filled life of things you don’t want.
This is a very simple mind hack trick. I already tried it and it works. You can try it today, and share your testimony with me.
