Agreed! But if someone end his employment due to technology, it's mean he fails to be present, he fails to visualize the future requirements. Then, how anyone can belame technology. We are developing technology. Then why not we follow the footsteps of future.
Genius people learn from past, work in present and predict the future. I think it's key to success.
