It's so funny; I've been running for so long, I have become so addicted that even when I'm on vacation or camping. I need to go on my jogs!
I love seeing new scenery. Running through a new city, Or area.
I went for a 2 mile run in the desert. I wish I could have got better photos of the cliff I saw, But sadly my iPhone 6 didn't do a good job capturing it.
Soooo Many Rocks!
Maybe it's just me, But I have an obsession with oddly shaped rocks! They are so cool! Thats why I'm always taking pictures of them. Then again, Before I became self employed I was majoring in Geology :) !

I Ran in Water Shoes
Lately, My running shoes have been hurting my feet, So I ordered a new pair, and they are on their way. I also got some shoes for swimming in the lake, But it has been too cold lately. They are full of holes and awesome. It feels like you are running barefoot, But you still have some protection on your feet. I can't wait to do water hikes in these. The only bad thing is I have to watch out for large plants, Sticks or anything sharp in general. That can easily pierce through to my foot. The run went well; I Only stepped on a couple of sharp rocks that hurt my feet.
The Cliffside
There is a gorgeous cliffside nearby that leads into a bunch of valleys. I need to figure out how to take photos of it! It's truly an incredible site. So much emptiness with nothing but nature.
I can't wait to explore the nature in other states. If a desert can be this beautiful, I can't imagine what a forest would look like.

I can dig some oddly shaped rocks lol! Hopefully your water shoes have enough padding and support to go running in.. and yes wait till you see the wildlife and lush terrain northeast of you! Mind blown :)

I love running too especially on the trails in nature, but I like to run in hot weather, not so much in winter or when it's cold. So I only run in the summertime and then just exercise inside.
The rocks are awesome, I'm with you girl. Awesome trail to be running every day. Lucky girl.

I love jogging outdoors too. In SoCal where I live, we have some amazing views as well. However, like you mentioned, the camera just doesn't do it justice. Nothing is as good as being there, taking it all in and feeling invigorated by the exercise, the view, and the air around you. All the best!

when I went to Vegas I went walking in the desert it was so hot and dry. Being from Florida I am used to heat but the dry heat is crazy it burns my nose. I enjoy running along the beach because when I get hot I just hop in the water to cool off.
