I joined Steemit this past summer and I'm still getting the hang of this place! One thing I am certain of is that I love the comments here. They are the most helpful, positive and interesting of any social media platform I've been on . . . so I would like to put this question to you:
WHO SHOULD I FOLLOW HERE ON STEEMIT?
I'm mostly interested in reading either business or pleasure:
For business, I would like to read content related to new innovations in the cryptocurrency space. I know enough about bitcoin and have my 'go-to' people there already so if you could recommend steemiters who post on altcoin and general blockchain innovations. I'm more interested in new ideas in crypto and tech in general.
For pleasure, I'd like to know some good travel bloggers to follow. Those who visit off the beaten track places and really delve into interesting local stories.
I will follow 20 new people today from your list of recommendations. If you could avoid suggesting yourself. :D
So you get a sense of what I might like: This is me in Los Angeles combining all my favorite things into one: working (ie filming an interview for Keiser Report), traveling (especially somewhere warm and sunny like LA) and hanging out with friends (I went to university and then worked in Los Angeles in my early twenties so all my closest girlfriends live there):
The photo was taken by, Peter Duke, one of Max's old friends and colleagues from his days at Hollywood Stock Exchange.

I would suggest following the Keiser Report! Jk!
Right now I would say @davidpakman. He's all for steemit and doing a lot with his YouTube following (400k) to bring awareness to steemit. I want to surround myself with these types! :-)

Also @exyle. He has his head on straight and truly brings value to this community as well. He also is responsible for getting me to download steemify app which is a notification app for steemit which is helping me get in the conversation faster!

I would like to suggest following @Patricklancaster for his excellent on the ground reports from the breakaway regions of Ukraine. He also helps raise money for less fortunate families in Donbass affected by the war.

Would also love to see more reports from you and Max Stacy on the IMF funds that have been stolen by Ukrainian oligarchs such as Igor Kolomoisky who previously hired Joe Biden's son Hunter. Franklin Templeton, Soros and the Blackstone Group were also involved in that multi-billion dollar rip off. I have a large post up on the subject here. Thanks for doing what you do Stacy. Glad to have you and Max posting here at Steemit.

Thanks for asking for suggestions. My wife @denisechips and I look forward to your show--you and Max are quite gifted! Since you asked, I must recommend you having a look at my wife's reporting on Steemit. She very often covers local as well as off-the-beaten-path travel spots. Plus she is a great writer.
Happy New Year!

Hi Stacy!!
For business & pleasure... in the true sense of life. I would recommend you follow to: @tarazkp & @denmarkguy
On other hand, knowing that you spend most of your time next to a master of irony and sarcasm like Max Keiser. I gotta encourage you also follow to a great & funny venezuelan who currently lives in Vzla. Country with a big deal of fans of The Keiser Report Show on RT. And certainly, he knows well that you actually deserves laugh a little bit more and also learn some tricks to fight back and counteract all the healthy cynic humor of your partner in crime in the show bizniz.
So, without more ado.. You should follow to @por500bolos }:)
Cheers and ¡Happy New Year!

@goldgoatsnguns is awesome. He's a commentator that has a website by the same name. He does some great work on foreign policy, economics, and quite a bit of crypto to. He deserves more attention on the platform.

I know the convention is Steemians, but that feels a bit too scifi to me. So I say Steemiters. Sounds like Rosie the Riveter sort of hard working blockchain sorts.

For alt cryptos the best is @supoman
Good daily crypto news overall @jrcornel
For homesteading fun @papa-pepper
That's all for now. Another suggestion is not to follow too many people because there is no mechanism "yet" to filter your feed. So all resteems and all followed posts show up when they are posted. Bookmarking users and going to their blog to see what's new is another way around the fire hose feed!
Thanks for the cute photo... you are a woman of action!
