MAKING IT THROUGH STEEMIT: THE CONSISTENCY FACTOR

In my first post, I did mentioned that there are many factors that aid success, I mentioned TEAMWORK which I said makes the dream work. Today we are going to look at another factor called CONSISTENCY.
In STEEMIT, we are not here to hit and run, but to stay and make impact in the community. Consistency connote staying at something till it work. Consistency brings about perfection. Note that perfection is not possible when your consistency is in question.
In STEEMIT, consistency matter a lot, in this community, we are not just being approve to spend our time and resource here but to make a different and impact in our world. Here also we are adding value to our finances. No one get anything meaningful out of life if he is a Jack of all trades. Being here and there makes you vulnerable to failure and regrets. Don't just start STEEMIT if you know you will not be consistent on it. In STEEMIT, you can post as many post as possible in a day , the more you have upvotes, the more the reward of your work is coming to your direction. Like how other platforms are working you just make money to the owners nothing come back to you as dividend. But in Steemit community every effot is rewarded. In one of the post that I read, one of our community member said he slacked in posting articlees because her first article had more upvotes but the second one had no upvotes and he was discouraged. I want us to understand that discouragement is a thief that rob us off our joy. Don't give into it.
Be consistent in posting, upvoting and commenting and in 2018, you will not regret joining this community. See you at the top.
