Consistent Action Crushes Fear In the Face

It’s the truth. People are only afraid of things that they don’t understand. The solution to that is to take consistent action in order to get familiar with a specific topic.

This past weekend I was speaking with a member of my family, and he told me that he doesn’t trust bitcoin. I said well OK are you open to learning about it? He said no not really.

I said until you are open to the idea, you are never going to learn about it let alone trust it. You see, to overcome fear we need to push into it. We need to absorb the right information and truly grasp what it is we’re afraid of.

Consistent action crushes fear in the face. Fear cannot exist in a mind that is curious and that is attentive to seeking solutions. The times we feel fear are the times we are standing still.

There’s a powerful phrase that I want you to take away from this post, and that is this... keep moving forward. No matter what obstacle stands in your way, remember why you started and don’t allow it to become the reason why you quit.

If you’re feeling fear or anxiety right now, it’s either that you don’t fully understand what you’re up against, or, you’re not taking action. So figure out what is causing your fear, then punch it with a big fist of action.
