Yes, over a decade ago. He had his license suspended and he was punished accordingly for the infractions that he had committed. However, the police had no idea that was the case at the time when they were yanking him off the plane and bloodying his face... the fact he has a shady past should be irrelevant in this particular instance, ya know?
