Very well said! I agree that poor lifestyle is a huge detriment to kids, especially in the states. PE class and recess are jokes in their current forms. I think there's a lot of new health and medical research being released that needs to be imposed on these activities. Kids should be encouraged to do activities based on their interests and they should be rewarded for doing so. That also ties into the idea behind Steemit: rewarding good content.
