Hey guys! I just want to ask for some tips on how to stop procrastination. I noticed I've been procrastinating a lot lately and it really isn't a good thing. I'm all for improving myself and it would be great to hear what others have to say regarding this matter. Thanks a lot!

I do have about an hour of exercise daily as soon as I get up. But I feel sleepy during the afternoon so I take a nap lol.
