Teenage Stress

Our government had decided an age limit of 13-19 for being called as a teenager or fall under this category. When a child put a step in this state of life, so many mental and physical changes occurs. Some rights are handover to a teenager by our constitution like right to vote for 18 years or above. Teenage is a significant part of one's life.A new chapter of our life starts from teenage.It is the foundation of our future.In this stage control on our mind is very significant.Attraction,addiction,distraction etc. are genreally experienced
Stress means stretch or pressure or tension or compulsion.According to me stress is a disease which may lead us to death. Since it is a disease so it can be recovered.Beacause of not getting a correct guidiance during stress some teenager got addicted by drugs, smoking, alcohols etc and some even attempt sucicde which is perilous for the future of our country. Stress annulment the ability to take decision .The only motive of streesed teenager is to get acquital from stress anyhow and as a result of which a stress teenager becomes pervert. But as above mentioned it is a disease and every disaease has a medicine.The best medicine to destroy stress is laughter.But a stressed teenager should be open minded to convey his stonehearted feeling to a person which have softcorner right by his/her heart.So It might be helps his/her to come out from exertion.
