So besides alcohol and not expecting too much on myself, any other suggestion to train or improve my self confidence?

Basically, the goal is to develop a deep understanding of yourself (how does a human body and mind work + what are some specificities for yourself) and your surroundings. When you understand these two processes you will apply them easier and boost your confidence. I've been working on this kind of stuff for 10 years now, and I can only tell you it can most definitely be done. You can do this by reading lots of books, acquiring a skill (for me white-water rafting, fitness, ngos, online marketing) and spirituality. Hope that helps.

Great one @mookie!

Thanks @steemitdigest :)

I always had self-conf but three years ago I started to have some episodes of Panic and I have been in
Psychiatrists and they just made me more anxious about everything!! Now I don't know if
If they (Psy) made me lose my confidence or so. I think I have to work on my spirituality , I believe everything is in our own minds but when the panic comes I feel myself without power to fight against cause it's not easy !!

I think we all go through a face of panic once a while in life. It's okie to not be okie all the time. Just remember to get back up and stand tall.. !!

yup, tks for the kind words :-)

@raphavongal, maybe a time off from the thing you are working on, a change of environment or some recovery trip could help. All the best! You can always share your journey and fight here too. I am sure that you are not alone.

Great tips, will try to implement one by one :) Thanks @mookie!

Thank you for your knowledgeable comment !! Means a lot !!! :)

@mookie gave a great answer.

I've found it mostly involves focusing inward on developing yourself in all the areas you feel you are lacking.

As you do this, confidence grows naturally. My 2 centavos... :)

I've written a post on the late, great Chuck Berry's music. It's pretty musical. :)
